We offer the following shipping options:

For packages up to 400g:

First Class (signature required)*

Special Delivery (next working day)

Special Delivery (Guaranteed Saturday delivery)

Special Delivery-upon request¹ (delivery by 9am)

¹All prices include the cost of packaging. If you are ordering several items and require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order so that we can calculate the cost of shipping.

*We apply a flat rate postage and packing rate of £4.95 to all orders up to £55.00 for delivery within the UK. For orders above this amount the charge varies due to the bulk and weight of the order.

Please note that we currently ship to the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe. We are unable to ship worldwide at the moment. Parcelforce price refers to shipments outside the UK.

Where do we Post to?

I will send orders to U.K. and Europe. I'm sorry, but I cannot sell to any other countries.

Postage & Packing Charges

For your convenience all packaging charges are kept to a minimum.

All items shipped by First Class Post includes recorded delivery. If you require a faster delivery, we recommend Special Delivery where Royal Mail guarantee the parcel will be delivered the next working day after it has been posted (usually by 1pm). Special Delivery by 9:00 am is available upon request. All Special Delivery shipments require a signature upon delivery. For more information on the Special Delivery service, please see the Royal Mail's own website.

If you have a particular date you need an item delivered by, please check with us as to which service we recommend.

Despatching Orders

We guarantee First Class parcels will be despatched within 3 days of The Dollie Mixtures receiving payment. Special Delivery will be despatched within 2 working days.

If you have an urgent need for one of our products, please do contact us to discuss it.

The Dollie Mixtures cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by Royal Mail, or by there not being someone to sign for a Special Delivery parcel.

Payment Details

Payment can be made through Paypal and Google Checkout. Paypal allow you to make Secure payments directly to The Dollie Mixtures using your Credit or Debit card without the need to open an account with us. You will need an account with Google Checkout to use this payment method.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order unless you have joined our mailing list. Even then this information is only used by The Dollie Mixtures for the purpose of its newsletter. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

The Dollie Mixtures will keep customers' details on record for the purposes of fufilling their order only (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will never sell on your details - we respect your privacy and hate spam as much as you do!

All payment details are held by Paypal and Google Checkout. We do not have access to your card details.

Stock Availability

We aim to keep all the goods on our website in stock but we can only carry limited stocks of certain items due to their unique, hand-made nature. Because of a time delay between an order being placed, and the website stock levels updating, despite our best efforts, there may be an occasion when the stock levels indicated on the website may be out of date. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or to advise how long it will take us to provide a similar item.

Returns and Complaints

The Dollie Mixtures are happy that you will be satisfied with the quality of our goods but, in the unlikely event of you not being delighted with your purchases you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery providing they remain complete, in their original condition, unused and still in their original packaging. Please e-mail us at sales@thedolliemixtures.com.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of the return of all goods, unless they are faulty. If you do need to return goods to us we recommend that you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” free from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. To be extra safe you may wish to return the goods via Recorded Delivery. The Dollie Mixtures cannot, however, refund this charge.

If Post Free items are returned because you have ordered the wrong product, wish to exchange for a different style or colour etc postage charges (at cost) will be payable before replacement items are sent out.

Legalities

UK law is the applicable law for this transaction.

When buying goods and services on the Internet, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract.

Errors and Omissions

Whilst The Dollie Mixtures take every care to ensure the veracity of any measurements, description and specifications of goods on our site we do not give any warranty as to their accuracy or completeness and will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from any such errors or omissions. Although the colour reproduction in the photographs of our products is as close as it possibly can be we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by our customers.

We reserve the right to alter or amend prices if it is found that they are inaccurate at time of order. We will notify you of any change should this become necessary before taking payment.
